I have a related questions. If any experienced person can reply me. I want to start construction of my house in phase 7, but don't have sufficient amount to complete it till the end. What I am thinking to make upto grey structure and leave it for, say 2 years and then do the rest of the work. DHA will have any issue with it? Can anyone given me some authentic reply please. I suggest you to go to Multan and Bhawalpur and judge yourself. To me Bhawalpur is much more posh than Multan. Probably buying power of Bahawalpur people will be more..

Dear Usman Sahib, last month i visited DHA Multan location personally ,prime location near BZU University. The main gate frome Bosan road side is under construction and green belt from Bosan road towards Matital is also under development. So I can say location wise DHA Multan is far better than DHA Bahawalpur
