Phase 9 is a long term investment. In your budget you may also consider phase 7. Ready plots having good potential in near future. Prices are already increasing rapidly.

@Ehsan I agree with Farooq for a short term gain. Phase 7 will give you better return in 2-3 years while prism ois good for 6-8 years.

Within the Phase 9 Block B, which one is better - upper portion or the lower portion of the Excluded Area?

'A' block is beyond my affordability so was considering Block B for purchase of a plot because of its proximity with Askari XI and Phase 5 M Block.

Any well located plots in AQNCBP blocks should do it for you. The best time to invest was a month ago. The next best time to invest is today.

Its noted that DHA Phase 9 Prism also includes DHA University, and its mentioned on this forum its in Q Block... as I have plot in Q block so I m interested to know possible location of University in Q Block.

As predicted by Mr. CMY, good plots especially in good phases earned up to 20%. Bad plots remained stuck on price with fewer buyers. Critics might think otherwise, but I believe unless there's a major recession in the entire market these new prices are irreversible. I'd be one of those who'd purchase a plot if prices fall.

We are in Pakistan on Eid. Want to know when possession of DHA phase 8, block S is expected? It has been many years now. DHA should make some efforts to give the possession.

I am not sure when will they start giving possession in phase 8. But old posts in this forum indicate at least 2 more years for phase 8. yes he will definitely develop,
it was a statement of Qureshi sb as well that BT will bear losses of almost 30% for developing GVR and Sector F, but at any cost BT will develop GVR, he said that they know the importance of GVR project and they will make it successful in near future.

just wait guys for couple of months and results will be positive.

Bahria town's all projects will be delievered as Gvr and f sector etc.I wrote about this top most of the time.Do n't sell your property for nothing.Bahria town will hand over possession in bahria orchard in DEC 2015 and next turn and focus of bahria will be GVR and F sector.please stay cool for next one year more.Do n't take malik riaz as a common developer, he is so clever and conscious of his projects, he will protect his institution at any cost.

Actually by location Dha Multan is Far better than Dha Gujranwala and Bahawalpur.

In the past there was an argument that DHA Multan is the only DHA project in southern Punjab and will attract more investors. Now, DHA Bahawalpur will definitely affect DHA Multan from investment perspective. DHA Bhawalpur is on installments of 3 years and balloting will happen soon to make it successful. In my opinion, 10 marla option in DHA Bhawalpur in installment is a good option.

Actually in Multan schemes those are launched in the past like Wanda town 1,Wapda down 2, Wapda town extension,model town,Fatima Jinnah town,Buch villa.There rates are between 4-8 lac but except Wapda town 1 no one is populated.Even then the rate is high and is growing.It means that Multan people are like investment in new schemes and every good scheme is getting good response.
And people understands that Dha Multan is mother of all of these schemes.As people ll start seeing anything physically on the ground they ll go to it and in my view this scheme ll grow a lot in future.

Rashid, three principles, diversify, always stay away from lda and unknown societies, plot is always better than file, earn less and safe, phase 9 is not two years investment, the amount of money you will make in prism in two years, you will probably make more in phase 7 in one year, my opinion, buy 1kanal in y or z block phase 7, price will appreciate well after possession, and 1 kanal in nfc2.
