I need an opinion. I own a 4 Marla Commercial plot
in DHA Ivy Green near 205, facing parking after recent
balloting. I want to move the investment to phase
9 Prism 4 Marla. Would it be advisable? Also for
Short and Long term if would be more beneficial to keep the Ivy
Green plot?
Finally, what would be the current value of this
Ivy green plot and how much additional investment
would be needed to purchase phase 9 four Marla
Commercial?
