I would suggest you to hold the plot, it is a good location in a good block. I am sure J Block will emerge as a sought after block for 5 Marla plots, LRR is a very big plus.

i got 32 excluding dc from a dealer for average hold able plot k block 5 marla discarded as cmy said at least keep some dozen of months . i do not know y u cant wait while no other investment can give more fruit withour risk

@ Shamni and Asad, If these plots are not on extraordinary location and someone is offering you this price then better to sell, As there are many plots in Market Below 25 Lac , with 2,3 days work up you can buy similar location in 25,26 and save handsome money. Better to Make Token before selling so that you may not lose chance to re-buy. Margin of profit is much more than transfer fees.

@jameel sb if i sale this one chances are little that i will able to find another like that cheaply as u said although market is abnormal right now but i know those ready to buy looking for handsome returns in future, better to wait few months . because my calculation watching prism rise near to handsome gain in average and good located plots in short while . we see development charges will make it 37 or 38 but still many think they are getting nice located plot in dha in that lil amount at same time .

I am new to this forum. could you please share how the price of DHA phase 9 is determined:
1. development charges
2. transfer fee
3. agency fee
4. Tax (I am abroad and have remittance)

The transfer charges of file, including taxes and membership fee is around 16000. Since now these files are plots so probably DHA will charge development charges in addition to that if not paid already.

sir worst of worst plot will cost u 53 lacs , but how will u pay dev charges or transfer fee stamp taxes ??? one need 70 minimum to buy kanal plot in prism beauty = prism . lrr , ferozpur , dha town , phase 5 m so u even cant buy in orphan block ivy phase 8 or bad located phase 7 univ town

if phase 9 extension file is 40 plus , prism 9 file will be 55 plus minimum in bad phase of future , plots will be no less than 75 , 50 , and 30 will be for worst located 5 marla . about 6 to 8 weeks time .

Bad location plots will be hard to sell if it is too bad . good thing is that it will be cheaper. Extension file is risky as you can still get a bad location after ballot more over there is no time limit. Decision should be simple why people are so confused

Can you explain Graveyard in M Sector on the upper side of INMOL. Is it DHA grave Yard or INMOL Grave yard. I saw grave yard in DHA phase 9 map and INMOL map at the same location. Links of DHA pahase 9 map and INMOL map are below.

Graveyard is owned by none :)
There is high probability that DHA owns it now as they cannot show it as their property in map by law. Inmol is a dormant society with old maps. Also it was proposed graveyard in inmol maps which means inmol planned to acquire it back in past .This Graveyard is present and some graves are also there .

Please advise if southern boundary of m block is firhaj shoe factory... It doesnt show on ur map but shows in google maps... Will there typically be a road before the factory or it would look directly on to factory boundary
