Asalam U Alikum,

I have tried to get a good view on CMY's red/blue line map but I cant exactly locate my plot locations, for some reason it gets blurry when I zoom in.

Can someone give me advise on

Phase 7 T Block

Brother CMY,

I am looking forward to your sincere advice. I purchased a 1 Kanal plot in Phase 7 T-Block (upper cuttings near 360) almost 18 months ago for 10 million Rs. This investment represents everything i have available to me as savings to date.

Despite the possession in Phase 7, the prices have not moved at all. Now I am confused how to proceed with this investment.

Should I keep this plot for another 2 years to allow house construction in Phase 7 which may help to gain some profit on this massive undertaking or should i sell it and make other investments ?

I am really confused and don't want to rush it to risk my entire life savings. I will be really thankful to you for consideration and advice.

I think
prices in phase-7 will stay the same for long time at least if not came down due to large supply of plots in the market and almost everyone is looking for profit like you (thousands investors Vs extremely low real buyers).

Keep an eye on the prices and if you see even a very little drop in prices , sell it immediately.

Substantial development has taken place in phase 7 and now is the time for
prices to increase. There is rapid house construction going on and new house construction is initiated every week. Only last week I saw several new houses being started.
It may be the time that prices increase and if you see price of commercial file it has increased from 125 to 148. However supply of plots has increased a lot in Lahore real estate and I don't know what will be the impact but I think as phase 7 is substantially developed this supply may not affect phase 7 prices.

Thank you very much for all your valuable suggestions. Going by your unanimous advice, i will hold my 1 Kanal Phase 7 T block plot for 1-2 years to maximize the gain.

J 982 is next to the masjid/water works block- at the bottom side in the map. CMY sb has put that in red zone. K 1765 is opposite to park

Brother my plot is just behind Just behind J982. I have ask many dealers to sell it, however, mostly they discourage me that u r plot is opposite water tank/ mosque. I don't understand Wat is the harm of having mosque nearby. Secondly , there is huge park just being water tank not mosque.now I might think to retain this a I m convince that it has good future

water work will be a ro filter plant , nothing to worry about as masjid and ro filter will be used by dha people not anyone else , ok for living

@AA ... brother Jazak Allah for ur help, I was able to locate the plots. A bit of confusion, and then again I could be wrong. K1765 is not opposite to park its about 2-3 lanes away. PLZ correct me if I'm wrong ?

@abc ... I totally agree with you it shouldn't be a big deal as there is park and mosque near by, I live abroad so I'm not that familiar with the technicalities of how or why it should be hard to sell ... so the answer to you was plain and simple "its hard to sell" or there was some offer given to you as well ?

haseeb k 1765 good located holdable , its near to lrr and park . park bit away but near . k is good block why i am saying because i feel that its good and i have plot near u too .
