According to Red and Blue criteria, your plot is under blue line. You will not have good price at least during coming six months but you can take a chance by holding it for five years at least. However, there is no harm in building a house there.

Dear CMY . Can you explain Graveyard in M Sector on the upper side of INMOL. Is it DHA grave Yard or INMOL Grave yard. one dealer told me that is is INMOL Grave yard. He showed the INMOL mapin which grave yard mention. actually he selling plot from that row of Phase 9 sector M.

I personally visited INMOL A few days back, mark my words & don't get trapped / hold your plot don't sale, there is no Graveyard / Sector M have lot of rooms in future.

Dear CMY Sb,

I have 10 marla plot file for DHA Phase 9 Ext. i received allocation letter few months back. i am noticing that on my allocation letter in subject line (1st line of letter) phase number is written there is only 9 written there and not 9 extension. is it a mistake or it is supposed to be like that only. telling again i bought file for phase 9 extension.

It is clearly written on phase 9 extension Letter format Application Number is "OLE-XXX". and Sale Deed No.9-EXTN/XX//XXX Not mentioned word extension on it.

No need to worry if not mentioned ofsale Deed No.9-EXTN/XX//XXX. OLE-60 can give surety is is phase 9 Extension

DHA Phase 9 - Confusion !

Dear Sirs,
My file number is 9/OLO/001282
What would be my plot number as I found 2 plots with 1282 file numbers ( K/577 and Q/953) ,with difference of OL and OLO.

Next question is what ever the Plot is mine, is it worth to keep is for next two years.
