I have few question for you regarding real estate.
I heard when you go to a dealer to buy a plot, the dealer and their partner get you a price and get token money from you and then what they do is buy the plot from some who is in dire need to sell. The dealer buy it and make almost 10 lakh profit.
Second when you go to sell a plot there is huge difference in price when you go to buy a plot.
I have read your many posts and you seem like a honest person. I am also in USA.
I purchased 2 plots in Pak. Both are files. and one is in Dha. I can hold them for some time.
the other one is in state life p 2 and nowadays I m getting daily calls from dealer to sell it asap because the prices will go down.
I know you are expert in real estate but nothing is 100%. I have budget of 5 million but I am done buying files. I wanna buy a real plot.

Get a Fair deal I never did a deal like this you are telling in my life.
A fair deal is you first get accurate price information, Then tell dealer I want plot directly from seller not from investor or on Biana plot.In DHA there are abundant plots for sale and before deal at time of Token there is meeting between seller and buyer price is negotiated an then token is done.
Selling can be bit tricky and if you don't have time then you have to suffer loss .

dear Ahmed your plot is as Good Located as Phase 6 plots, For Commercial and big road you can do plus minus, If LSE door or parking place is not located on you plot side then no issue.
any way LSE will be relocated across Barki road towards IVY green side .

It is good plot. The boundary is not a village boundary but boundary of Shuhuda Town so no issue. 95 is a bit unrealistic though for time being

Ofcource it will have some market value. The best thing for you is to take a risk and wait if DHA acquires the village land more. You wont find a good buyer at this time as many sellers with better locations are selling their plots. Once development starts people tend to hold in anticipation of gains and when plots are in short supply many people or dealers buy such locations.

khan g,dont worry,your plot location is not bad.80 ft&150 ft road&park of 28k is near ,and there is 50 ft road b/w plot&boundry wall.close street always considered better all over the world. you can grow beautiful row of plant at boundry wall.i have seen similar plot at eme & house looks very beautiful even better than other good location house.
