worth holding or should i get rid of them now? if i should sell it now, where should i invest with that money? I dont need the money now, i just want to keep it where it appreciates big time in 5-10 years.

Phase 9 Plot Estimate

All of those who are asking about there plot status and getting answer like near Graveyard, sell, etc, good location keep, I would say current plot status does not make sense right now:
1. Plot near to a graveyard in a phase that will be populated/developed before a plot on a main road in another phase that will be populated years later may actually be better.

2. There is no true ranking of sectors right now, for the reasons given above, but it seems, development has reached just close to B, A, Q blocks (look on phase 9 google map and dha map side-by-side). So these blocks may be (or may not be, who knows) populated first.

3. Anyone can find his plots location on the map that is easily available on the net, if you can type a post, you can also look at the map.

I hope I am able to explain a few things, that's all.
