WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORTS FOR GIVING GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TO PHASE 9 FILE HOLDERS. IT IS TO REMIND YOU SIR THAT THERE ARE OTHER PHASES IN DHA ALSO LIKE PHASE 6, PHASE 7, PHASE 8 ETC AND ALSO DEVELOPMENTS GOING ON IN PHASE 8 ( AIR AVENUE). KINDLY UNLOCK THAT INFORMATION ALSO. I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT AIR AVENUE IS GETTING ACCESS ON MAIN BOULEVARD. WHAT WOULD BE ITS IMPACT.

WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU HIGHLIGHT OTHER AREAS ALSO.

Agree. It seems LRE stands confined to Phase-9 only, as there is no discussion or mention about about other 8 phases of DHA (Lahore).

May I suggest that LRE dedicate a seperate website only for Phase-9, and leaa this site for other phases / schemes please.

Phase5 plots that are just adjacent to LRR . Those who think price will be low due to LRR should check the prices of these 1 Kanal plots at the LRR boundary. J K H and part of F block plot owners can see the future out look of their block.

Guys why is it a disadvantage to be near LRR? Like the Plot in H block on the edge?

How badly does that impact the price?

You can get excellent
location if someone is willing to sell. You will have to sell and buy a new plot at market value
