Good Point is possibility of Getting access through Askari which is good Point

Bad point this block is detached from Main DHA 9

You can Consider is extension of Phase 5 { M Block] extension

How come it can be average? No village around, neat and clean plot with already populated area of Askari near by. Phase 5 Proximity and Phase 6 Interchange very close is added features.
Dont sell it. It will give you return in 2-3 year as soon as development start. There is no issue with access. Dealers will tell you stories to get it cheaply. With Phase 5 underpass you will be minutes way from Main DHA.

Phase 5 m Block s under developed plots, ,few 100 feet away from your plot are above 1 crore. So you can guess the value of your plot in very near future.

I got a sector B plot as well and I think it is one of the best sectors in Phase 9 due to its close proximity to the other well-developed DHA phases.

ok the area marked excluded is actually reserved for army housing that is askari so u can imagine why they selected this area i think sector B plots will rise sharply as askari grows current rate
