Good proposal chachajee. That means converted to commercial and I can then open 3 or 4 shops selling vegetable fruit poultry meat and a drug store. Any takers?

Such kind shape plots are very very hard to sell because of you cant make design as per your choice. people are very reluctant to buy odd dimension plots Regardless of Location of plot, You better to sell it and buy 50*90 one kanal. choice will be yours

Dear Sir,
In ballot ceremony dha administrator told they are going to expand prism ph 9 from 40000 kanal to 44000 kanal.He told they learnt lessons from phase 7 and 8.it is obvious that dha will add more plots as long they are getting land . The are still affidavits files available in the market of 5 and ten marla that will be balloted semi annually

Mr CMY. This is MM. I hope you remember..I am guy who has 5 Marla phase 9 proper file which did not became part of May15th balloting. Please advise what is the current selling price of my 5 marla phase 9 proper file? I have a budget up to max 45 lacs. I was thinking of selling it and getting a either phase 7 10 marla file or phase 9 extension one kanal. Please suggest what is the best thing to do if I have total of 45 lacs after selling my 5 marla. I will really appreciate your guidance.

MM please dont worry my friend inshalallah allocation and affidavit files rate after ballot will be 27 plus. Look at DHA 9 extention rates that will give you idea aftet map DHA 9 proper files will trade at 27 to 28 lacs.

I wish you had the deal with Lahore Real Estate. We would never put you in bad situation like this for our commission only

Yes CMY I must acknowledge the fact that u guys are very fair, although few years back I was trying to lock the deal through LRE but I could not reach to deal as owner lost his original papers and I cannot wait to settle the lengthy process of DHA. But whatsoever LRE return the token money without any complaint.

The villagers have a right to live in their homes where they have been living for tens of years. DHA already acquired their land and now you want to kick them out of their homes ?

Imagine some very rich and powerful man kicking us of our homes.

Stop grumbling about villages and graveyards...our ancestors came from villages and we are bound to go into those graveyards

Insha Allah Prism blacks A B C D F H P Q R will be next DHA6 in 4 to 5 years. These will be highest gainer for new investments in DHA Lahore. Even worst locations will gain in these blocks


Other blocks must be carefully looked at before new buying. Plot has to clean in these blocks

@CMY in some of your post J block will gain future, but in this post it is not part of super 9 list neither K and L. Any particular reason or u don't want to break hearts.

i think these blocks will be real DHA blocks with DHA Living...not dependent on outside factors......one must hold his plots in these blocks...
