good location...close to Civic Zone 3...Sector C has good access from LRR...you are away from boundary n also from graveyard...close to boundary but not that much near to devalue it...walking distance from sector park, mosque,school...but parking issues wil not emerge...

should be sold at 70+ without dev charges, at the moment !

In DHA Advertisement its mentioned there will be university in DHA Phase 9... does any one know the location for that university? I mean which block will have the university?

I didn't see any university reserved space on the map.

avicenna is private medical college and doesn't fall in DHA territory... i heard land below Q block is reserved for university... may be CMY sb can confirm that ...

Good location is one where you can make a house. Look around that Plot. Look at its exits and approach. Look how far it is from commercial. Look at its surrounding area and if you feel you would like to live there then that is Good Location..

What i understand after reading comments for hours on this site is anything falling near that drain hudria or something ... is bad locations. i dont know where mine location is. Frankly M i near to that haunting drain or otherwise. plz give some evaluations of these plots. tx

K sector is good for smaller plots (5 marla especially) and driving force is LRR for this sector

Cmy has evaluated Rs 1 crore for K block plot number No 1 of 1kanal (corner plus 150 road) no other plot till today has been evaluated this much high in dha phase 9 prism (plots may be there but not been shared for assessment on the forum)except comfort factory nothing is negative in sector k so be happy
