There is no secret about DHA 7, it had same Location as before, 11 ys Back its file was 60 Called 6 Ext.
There can be very minimal risk but chances of gain are more.
But before selling pls visit the DHA 8 site site and your Block Progress. I just saw only generally 2 months back.

Your expert opinion is solicited. I have a phase-9 five marla file which I bought One & half year ago,I want to have maximum gain out of it. Should I dispose it off right now of near ballot or after ballot to get maximum gain. I have heard that five marla plots are probably located along Hardyara drain, if it is so, would the price of plots fall after ballot. Further I have 2.0 million more to invest, please advise me what to do.

My brother has 10 marla phase-9 file, He wants to sell, what is the right time to sell, right now, near ballot or after ballot. Please give your advice. I shall be obliged.

Some people may be getting posting errors

I am sorry to any one who may still get posting error here and there.

Our website is under massive DNS attack to knock us offline and also we under very heavy traffic recently after ballot news and since my return to posting replies here again. I am forced to temporary remove search function and implement strict spam control to keep this website online in this very important time.

Once ballot is done search function will be restored and posting errors will go away.

Why the price of Dha Town file is not coming down and is still trading around 35 lacs? Is there any advantage of paying high price for town files? If not then the price of Phase 9 5 MARLA also seems likely to reach this figure before balloting. Your thoughts will be appreciated.

I purchased two AFFIDAVIT files 05M and 10M respectivelly of Phase-9 through Lahore RealEstate (LRE from Ch.Saeed and Mr. Hassan Raza) and received intimation letters only and returned back to KSA.As balloting is due on 15May, 2015, therefore, please be informed that my files will be included in the ballot or not.

i have a query about going out and again enter into DHA. Means after ballot of Phase 9, someone sale the plot and buy in dha multan or somewhere else for investment purpose. So will there by any chance to come back and buy in DHA-9.(with small investment). Like if i buy in DHA Multan 1 Kanal file...and wait for a while for enough profit. So is it possible that this 1 kanal give me such amount so that i can buy 5 or 10 marla plot in dha 9 after adding a little more amount ?
