u are required to apply for allocation with in 45 days. u have to pay 49990 for a file. Its must that u pay the allocation fee and get ur allocation number within 45 days. ur file will remain in DHA office.r Rest u may come any time to Pakistan for bio-metric and get ur file.

similarly if it is an open forum, who gave anyone the right to mislead the forum members? or break someone heart by saying that since ph 9 is flop bcoz today's rate its price was 2000 less??? and start swearing on ph 9 or any other phase. I also have visited Phase-7 Y-block coz my plot is there. More than half Y-block is properly developed. Lower side which is called new cutting, development is going on there right now. I think possession would be given end 2015. You can check it from Google Earth as well, everything is clear. Yes, I agree it would be liveable after 4-5 years.

I visited phase 7 in May 2015. I think, with recent possession of other blocks, Y block possessino should be given in 2015 end or in 2016.

i meant May 2014. I personall ythink that phase 7 will have higher prices by 25% -40%, in 2-3 years, once some houses are ready to live.

I have a hard earned money of around 7.5 million. I am looking to buy house in any good society. What I have been noticing is the prices have gone incredibly high over the last 10-12 months. This fact has swapped away my dream of buying a 10 marla house, which now seems out of range. So, i need your guidance on:
1) Where can i buy a 05 marla (grade A construction) house in Lahore, preferably in southern Lahore area (Johar town and downwards)
2) How feasible it would be to buy a 10 marla plot and then construct a house in phases. I can afford to pay construction price over a poeriod of 06-07 months
3) What is your idea about constructing a house in Fazaia Colony and how good will be the future value. I am concerned about ring road passing through this society so need more information on this.
4) Any other clean society which i should also consider given the current budget.

Hoping to receive some good suggestions.

Prices of Houses are soaring for last 2 years though Plot prices Come to halt one year back but Houses prices are increasing.
Due to Time and Cost of Commuting my advice is to buy an old well build house in Joahar Town Allam Iqbal Town Faisal Town D Block or DHA phase 3, w Block. There aall areas have well preserved infrastucture and well populated with all the facilities school Colleges Universities and Jobs nearby.
