DIFFERENCE IN LOCATIONS OF DHA PHASE 9 TOWN AND PHASE 9

I am somewhtat confused what is the difference in locations of subjected housing societies of dha. please help.

Which is better of the two to go for
DHA 5 M or DHA 7 or DHA 8 ( s block has least value)

If I buy a DHA 7 File, which block I am likely to get plot Is that a better alternative?

Dear LRE,

I would like to know if there is any plan for expansion of Bedian Road to 6 lane from NAWAZSHARIF interchange to Banker's avenue or further to this side. There are lots of societies in this area, will they ever be provided with such a road in this govt. I hope SS can build one overhead bridge or underpass to avoid the markets. He is quite fond of doing it in Lahore.

Can somebody explain why we still have files available in phase 6 7 and 8? Is balloting in these phases already done??
Also where is the location of Phase 7 files? is investing in "DHA Lahore Phase 7 file 10 Marla For 36.50 Lacs" is a good option or any other better option available in same range?

Almost since last 3 years Dev has been started when it would be completed and possession would start.

Please guide which option is better. 1 kanal file of Phase-7 or 1 kanal plot of non possesed area for around 70-75 lakh? As file is around 56 and 15 lakh development charges so total will be 70-71 lakh.
