I have a budget of around 2.5 to 2.8 million.

I want to invest in two areas. I am planning to invest in NFC phase 2 in ten marla or Bahria Orchard or state life phase 2. and second in Dha phase 9 extension file or DHA eme phase 2 file. I want to know the following

1. Is investment in NFC phase 2 better than Bahria orchard? I am looking at good return in two years i.e. short term investment.Which is better?

2. Is investment in Phase 9 extension better or DHA EME Phase 2 for long term investment i.e. 5 years or more in 5 marla. Which is better?
