Even if the government resigns, the real estate will not be effected, because this point needs to be clarified that more sale purchase is done by those who earn hard and look for future of their kids and family and want to construct homes.

I want to purchase a 5Marla plot in State Life Lahore Phase-2, and need to know some things regarding the status of State Life Lahore Phase-2.

1- Is this approved from LDA? (Not find in LDA website)

2- It’s good for 2 to 3years investment plan?

3- Developed plots?

4- Possession gives after transfer or purchase?

5- It’s better than NFC Phase-2? Why?

My budget plan is b/w 14 to 16Lac, and advise me if there is another option in which my range.
