Ramzan 15 kay baad ki market plus ha phase 9 ki. Khas torn par 5 marla phase 9 ma kafi bahtari Ho gi.i think near or after eid 5 lac tak to plus karay gi. Last year before. Ramzan price was. 16 and after famzan it was 22.50. But this time it is already at 19.50

Over all phase 9 kind location daykhi Jay to phase 8 kay muqabalay ma bi ziyada bahtar ho gi. Ferozpur road direct ring road. Metro bus . Near to phase 5 jahan es waqat 5 marla 75 say 80 lac ka ha. Phase 7 to wasay hi lahore ka eak kona or dead location ha near to BRB canal. Phase 9 or phase 7 kind location ka koi muqabala nahen ha.

Lahore ka eak kona ha. Dusri taraf phase 9 phase 5 kay sath ha. Direct ring road or ferozpur road or metro bus . access ho gi. Or es say agay bhi kafi societies bani hoi Han. Brotherly advise is not to buy a file in PH9 but if you can wait for another 10 years then invest in PH9. Otherwise invest in PH7 or 8.

The transfer fee is Rs.128,000/- but DHA in now undertaking from purchaser at time of transfer for any increase is CVT & Stamp duty once implemented by the authorities From 1st of July 2014( It is Proposed by Punjab Govt that CVT & Stamp duty will be 3 % instead of 2% previously )
