if we compare both societies.presently bahria nasheman has limited trading and has already very high prices prevailing there, plus having only 5 and 8 marla plots. where as in central park prices are comparatively low and with all underground utilities and 5, 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal plots available with possession still has potential to yield you maximum return in future. A lot of construction activity is there. It is recommendable to invest in Central Park. Other than both DHA Phase 9 is also really good buy. Finally the choice will be yours

Phase 9 file is a FILE and NOT a plot UNTIL it is balloted. 5 million too less for phase 8 unless you want to invest in 5 marla. THUS, phase 7 is the best option.
