I want to buy plot in Y block phase 7 DHA i have budget of 75 Lac max. As u updated prices and u stated prices in Y block starts from 75 lac, do u have a plot worth this amount? at which place will that plot be located. 2ndly I want this plot to build my home when I return to Pakistan in march next year. will possession be given by than and I be able to start construction.

can someone advise me that a plot once leased on schedule ix for 99 years on a government land can be cancelled after it has been also registered with revenue department after paying CVTby the issuing authority without Any reason.
