You Said you need construction read and liveable in 2/3 years. You can't find an average ready for construction in less than 150 lacs in dha phase 6.

In the budget mentioned, DHA phase 7... Aim for W block! Should be relatively liveable in the next 3 years or so. Possession expected in the next couple of months. All roads, poles and development completed. You co go and see your plot on ground. W block is next to the golf course.

Prices in small towns have been raised during the past few years Due to many known reasons,today prices of wapda town are almost equal to many phases of dhA as it has proved to be a good town for better living .Dha is a secured investment for living and business same time.Real estate is a business with more attraction for locals and all over the world ppl used to buy and get good plots.ITs never in loss to buy a junk of land any where in town or away.

I agree there are many other good well mainatined "small Towns" or we usually refer them as "Societies". There are few advatages in DHA if You think in Living point of Vew they have good repuation of Miantiance of Infrastructure ad Compared to other societies, The second Most imporatant is if You need a quicksell there are buyers From Jan to Dec, In many good societies with V Good development and resonable Maintanice this is not an issue you go to buy it is one Cror and You want to sell the you get offer of 70 and that aiso not serious Mostly dealers who Keep you pedining for months before they will pay. The Only issues of DHA is Loction and access and Tight Rules.

you should go for phase 9 file as this file will convert into a plot of a proper phase but for phase 8 file its like a small sector which is completely seperated from phase 8 and moreover location of phase 9 is far better..
