well NFC 2 is a developing society and the chances of increase in rates is always more in a developing society as compared to an already developed society.
i would recommend u to buy in NFC 2.
In two years time here the price of 10 marla will be much higher.

In fact in my opinion, location of NFC 2 is much better and accessible as compared to DHA Rahbar. Even if one compares on prices, neighbouring plots are much more expensive around NFC 2 as compared to DHA Rahbar.

After ballot worse location plot in ph9 will not be less than 85-90 lac(dev.chges inclded) and good location will be 110-120 lac past track record of phases is in front of you people. Compred to phase 7 phase 9 has the greater advantage of location plus there will be three approches to phase 9 one from ferozpur road second from ring road third from phase 5 this will make 9 suprior than othrr phases. File at 52 still reasonable

Zardari house is built on the boundary of Bahria and NFC 2.
Bahria does not have direct access to Multan road. it is going to get access to multan road through NFC 2 soon. this access is already on map.

There is no difference while calculating merit either passed through Pakistani board or O Level. However, you have to obtain equivalence certificate from IBCC incase of O Level. How you can get such certificate, all details are available on IBCC website.
