My friend has purchased a plot in DHA Lahore. Deposited NDC and got Chalan Form on 22 August. Deposited all dues against the plot on 23 August. Now the seller says that transfer should take place on Monday 26 August as he (seller) has some compelling commitment and will not be available for next few days. Can the transfer take place on Monday in any way? Informed brothers are requested to guide.

I have plot in Tulip Block Bahria Town Lahore. Plot no. 117. I bought it 4 months back. There is no sighificant increase in price. Should I sell it and buy plot in NFC2 or should I wait bit longer.

Since ur waiting for last 4 months and there is not significant profit yet ,,please wait till monday morning,,,if still no major change...then sell it before evening of monday,as it has seen only few times in the history that over the period of full 4 months someone could not get significant profit.

If u cant say anything good..keep ur advice with you. Asim Bhai Tulip Sec C is developed phase and if you want to get better return within short time then you should buy plots in underdeveloped soctors. You can also invest in sect F 10 maarla two files and inshaAllah you will have better return once the balloting is done..I see a 4 lac minimum addition in each plot and location plots will have better return.

I bought it for 39 lacs. I asked an estate agent and he has suggested the current price as 41 lacs. One of my friend has advised me to sell it and buy in NFC2 which is cheap.

It has many reasons, e.g;

1) Devaluation of Pak rupee.
2) Arrival of many pak investors those who have observed that Pak is Paradise for those who have money.
3) There is no single country in the world where you multiply your capital without doing nothing.
4) Very poor system of tax which is made to nihil by corruption. This each investor wants to pay nothing or even if I say no one wants to pay but to receive, it would not be wrong,(natural of humane beings).
5) Present Govt is considered better than the previous one for the business community.
5) Geological position of Pak is also very important, as a plot on the Mall Road. At this moment China and india playing role of mall road.
6) Can you imagine what would be the prices if stability and basic utilities would be provided in Pak, of course a huge jump.
7) Our nation getting educated and taking decisions intelligently.
