Dear Mr.Qureshi,
In current market your plot is valued around 66 to 67 Lacs.
Only in case of ex parkview files one should have to pay development charges. On the other hand in case of plot from parkview one should have clear outstanding due(If any) against plot.

It was expectd that the possession of Ph7 plots will be given in June 2013. Has anybody any confirmed news about this.

When I invested in Phase 7 (Feb 2013)some renowned real estate dealers told me there are rare chance to have possession by the end of this year 2013.
