in bahria town 10 marla plot price reached to 40-50 lacs .
where as sector F offer 30-31 lacs of 10 marla in 2 years installment .
development work start in sector F . further bahria delivering on time and luxurious facilities with A class development . work on theme park start .. Jamia Masjid world 13th big masjid near to complettion . prices will be almost double after 2-3 years inshallah.

The person who took photos highlighted only vacant area, and created bad image of phase 6, if u see phase 6 no of houses there, and physical scene is quite different as compare to seeing in the attached pictures.

Although DHA has a very strong name and repute in market and without any doubt no other society can beat it but i strongly agree with Zaheer's comment that infrastructure and development of Bahria town is way better than DHA as soon as you enter that society, you feel like something has changed drastically.

Phase 8, coz of its location, town planning and on going development.

This is the only phase of dha where dha has done master planning of security. there are only 2 or 3 entry/exit points in each block, so in future they could have some sorta check posts to ensure higher security.

The rate of a kanal plot in phase 5, across the road is no less than 180 lacs so u could make a guess what could be its potential as both are on nearly same location.

If you have funds invest them before these funds get de-value and buy 10 marla in DHA-9. don't care who gives negative suggestions. If you are a regular reader of this page you must be aware of market trend. Real estate is a good investment and always may back subject to right place and there is no place like DHA Lahore and in DHA- Lahore there is nothing like DHA-9 file to invest for lower budget holders.

Longer you keep more you will have in return is guarantied.
