Dear Sir,

With due respect ,my question is not relevent to propoerty.It is relevent to custom duties exemption for overseas pakistanis,who have FERC Card .
Is there custom exemption for Foreign remittence card hold for a stay less than 6 mothns outside pakistan?
If anybody have value able info ,kindly share the same.

See - I've really very hard money and i spent in Bahria Sector E. I'm in overseas. when the file was transferred to my name. after one month - my payment which is almost 50% of plot value was not clear. I just sent the scanned documents to BT local office and in next 48 hours i got a call that your payments has got cleared. there was a minor glitch which has got resolved now. other thing, I continuously stay in touch via email and ph and always got healthy n RESPECTED feedback. I would ask Where this happen in Pakistani Govt departments. where ? where in which Government department [have you every visited the foreign office in LHR- ruthless] or in where in Punjab Govt? you have to give bloody bribe everywhere.

I must say Bahria management is capable and will inshahallah keep delivering. this seems like a political gaming. I personal don't like Malik riyaz but he is delivering in real estate. unfortunately political leaders have already raped the PIA, Railway, police, PSO, LDA[proven son of Shahbaz sherif], NADRA etc. now they are destroying BT. Bharia I'm with you at-least in this matter.
