where was LDA 2 years back when sectore D was luanched and daily ad was coming and same Sectore E launched and lot of advertisement by bahria .. where was LDA . also sectore F all sold out .now LDA awake and giving ad . LDA itself is fraud and maligning bahria town .

Park view villas multan road lauched 1 year back and more than 6 month ad come on regular basis all plot sold and nothing objection come in that time . now they say their further project is illegal .

what bull shit by LDA . if anyone do crime LDA have to stop immediate . people invest their money and looks dream and then sudden LDA awake and play with people .

If Divine Gardens can deliver on time as they say now in June 2013 then it is good opportunity for 5 and 10 marla built homes. Divine Gardens is close to Airport by Metro. The houses around Cantt area are selling higher than what Divine has asking rates. Once delivered the prices will go up. The low quality 10 marla homes in Askari 10 are being sold for 120K where as Divine 10 marla houses being offered for sale between 95K and 100K. This is just my opinion and other experts can pitch in...

@ Inaam and Gillani: appreciate your resoonse on this. However, market sources still insist that this price hike is nothing unique to air avenue. Prices on overall have gone up. Also, until the grid station is resolvef nothing is going to happen. Even one of my sources claimed that air avenue management have not shown serious intent to resolve the issue despite various reminders by DHA managment.

Dear Khalid,

The location of phase-8 Z-block is expected to be 2 km away from barki road and behind jallo park. If the location is as mentioned, then it will totally be an isolated block and at least 2-3 km away from rest of phase-8 (ex parkview).

If the developement of this block starts earlier than phase-9, then the prices will be on higher side, but phase-9 will be ahead in long term.
