I bought a file of phase 9 Bahria Town Rawalpindi in 2004 and paid dowm payment and 2 installments only.

What is the current status?
Is is still just land or some development has taken place?
Are they still files or plot numbers have been issued?
Kindly also advise if i should make the balance payment.

You Pay 4500 X 12 and can have one year extension simple.

There is no procedure to get extension Ch. Shareef sahib.

There is no Qabza group in Bahria Town Lahore. BUT you should be careful and adopt all necessory process which is legally required in renting out your property. Good Luck.
