Price assesment / advice
I am reposting my request since i didt get any feedback.hope this time Mr. Adil Saeed or Cmy Sb.or any gentlemen will help me. i have to take dicision within next few days.Question for all the following plot is same current value and each plot,shall i hold these plots or sale it now to invest other emerging phases for better return. its my life time saving.

1.10 marla plot in DHA Phase-5 near plot 387.

2. 10 marla corner plot plot bahria town phase C gulbahr block on 80 feet wide road.

3. 10 marla plot jubilee town D block near plot 304

4. 10 marla plot bahria town phase 8 Rawalpindi block H near plot no 775

i have a similar question, i have a plot in bahria town phase 8 rawalpindi sector c, its value has doubled in the past 3-4 months, should i sale it for investing somewhere else or keep it as there might b further price increase in that area?

i believe it is worth buying for living as there is no ligitation , qabza problem but may not be as good as DHA, bahria for investment.

beautifull location, but why these street lights wires are hanging up, it spose to be underground wireing in phase 1. i think we have to educate these army peoples. lol

Please keep the record and ensure that the promise is fulfilled. Otherwise DHA has a record of going back on its promises as it did in the case of Phase-8 where it announced rebate for those who submitted installments before time and then it reneged after some time.

@ Question; Yes all utilities are underground. These are internet + data network cables which are extended till small office near main gate. They told this temp. arrangement for office running.

Does having a UK visa permits someone to visit schengen countries travelling through UK, i mean a separate schengen visa is not required.

UK visa will NOT allow you to enter in the Schengen country. You must get Schengen Visa. Yes UK visa may help to get Schengen but it is not to enter in any of relevant country.

Oh...it reminds me if you have SETTLEMENT VISA for UK you can go in any of European country but NOT on any other type of visa.

You will need a visa to visit other European countries even if you have indefinite leave to remain in UK.
Only British passport holders can freely move across European countries.
