I would like to request Lahore Real Estate and other gentlemen in this reputed forum to advise me the following on one by one basis.I hope i will get seriuos advice because its life time decision.

1.10 marla plot in DHA Phase-5 near plot 387.what is the current value of plot? is it worth to hold at current level or buy any other develpoing phase with same money.if yes what phase and size of plot.

2. 10 marla corner plot plot bahria town phase c gulbahr block on 80 feet wide road. current value and chances of appreciation.

3. 10 marla plot jubilee town D block near plot no.304 again current value and chance of appreciation.

4. 10 marla plot bahria town phase 8 block H near plot no 775 current value and chance of appriciation

about all 4 above mensioned plots question is same is it worth to hold if not what are the other and more lucrative options

Assalamu Alaikum,

I am looking to spend approx 60 lac on purchasing a house (preferably in instalments) in Lahore. Location should be safe, one that I can leave empty for a few months per year if needs be. Should be developed and safe. Obviously the larger the plot the better. Must also have some population. Currently only EME cottage seems to offer a 5 marla that fits the bill. Can anyone advise of any other properties. I am not fussed about appreciation, as long as price doesn't depreciate and it maintains value in line with the continuous decline in the rupee (which I hope comes to an end)
