Dear Salmaan bhai and others,

I would like your recommendation on how to invest around Rupees 65 lacs in DHA Lahore.

a. 3x10M files in Phase 9
b. 1x10M and 1x1K files in Phase 9
c. Phase 5M 1K plot
d. Phase 8 1K plot (any good investment still possible around 65-70 lacs budget?)
e. Any other option within DHA Lahore?

The objective is to hold the investment for maximum capital appreciation over the period of 3 years.

Aslam sahib, All your options are good and in order. No one can't really guess which one will get maximum gain but option B seems good to me.

Either to buy a plot phase 5 M block and at the end of the year, it will be ready for construction

Secondly buy DHA phase 9 town 1 X 5 Marla (23 lac) + 1 X 8 Marla (42~45 lac). this will also be ready by the end of this year.

Your gains will be quite high. As these are on ground plots compare to file which are already saturated!

This is only my assessment, and it seems that 5 Marla may lead but again it all depends actual location of plot and market trend. Expected price is without development charges expect M block.

From a very credible source ...... DHA and Air Avenue Issue is resolved, DHA is going to take over Air Avenue in next few days . After this Air Avenue prices defintly go up. So INVETORS it is a big oppertunity to go there and do some fast purchases.

About Impact on Pricing on DHA Phases.
Brother i am consinuesly receving phone calls from the circle.
What it will impact to recent property prices at DHA.
Well, not all phases of DHA, but after this DHA taking back of Air-Avenue and Eden in possession, the pricing surely will boost equal to the current pricing of Park View pricing of plots. But mainly This tricky plannes is going to increase the prcing of Phase-7 and DHA 9 town pricing up becuase of the influence of DHA-8- rest of the phases prices will north impact much as they are already on peek, i.e Phase-6 & 5. Yeah on North the DHA RAHBAR brand will again boost up in with the reflection of DHA 8 pricing boost.
So this is least impact analysis of pricing on aboove areas. Just a fair suggestion whatever you have in hand right now hold it till June-30th 2013. And the deservation of profit is yours...!!!

Is any body aware of the Mosque places in Dha Phase 5 sector K and L. I did not find any Mosque in these two sectors where as all the sectors of phase 5 have the mosques. Please it is important if any body knows please update .
