Your Asking price is totally wrong your Plot Max market worth is 22.50 to 23.50 lacs. I think its reason behind.

Mr. info, on this WEBSITE Plot # 311 (Corner plot ,Jasmine block) for sale is 3,400,000/-, Now this plot is Stone throw away from my plot. So if you look closely my demand is reasonable . Thanks for your input though.

E.g..I blv In DHA 6 Min price of 1kanal plot is 72 and max is 135 lacs.
Similarly DHA 7-- min is 50lac and max is 85 lacs.
