My brother you canot compare nfc and fazaia both are on seperate approch along with highly budget difference.

Fazaia is really hot investment but for with big budget and less time frame (2 to 4 years)

NFC is really hot investment but with low budget and more time frame (5 to 7 years).

You are right. I have one plot in LDA avenue-1 and I was told that it is under litigation. Last week I visited the site and located my plot. I found it inside the boundary wall of Islamic Research Society. I am not sure what will happen and how LDA will get that from the encroachment. Why they have allowed Islamic Research Society to build a wall and why they planned those plots in that society. But it is very clear that LDA is mother of corruption and this institute is failed to deliver and should be closed

Bros. Arshad & Asad. I was allotted a plot in Sector E & I was also later told that it is in litigation area.It is a fact that your & my plots like many others were in litigation till some months back. Islamic Scholars' Society, Judicial Society & a few others were under process with LDA long before LDA announced the LDA Avenue I scheme. LDA did not adopt proper procedure to acquire the land that had already been purchased by these societies but included these areas in the LDA Avenue map. Resultantly these societies approached the court & that is why your, mine & many other plots were said to be in litigation areas. LDA has by now lost the case on all fronts. Many allotees like myself who were in their 50s at the time of allotment of plot have now entered 70s & are in a fix. What I apprehend is that LDA will either refund to the allottees the actual amount paid to them with its purchase value reduced to 30% (or even less)or offer them plots in some other future society farther away & at a higher price. Mind you, that future society will take another decade to develop & land in that might also be in litigation which is a common feature in Pakistan. Many waiting allottees, living in rented houses would be no more by then.

Is there any thing we can do to transfer these plots in other locations. If this is the case MZD mentioned then case should be registered against LDA officials. It it their mistake and they should be held responsible and they should be asked to transfer all those plots in some other litigation free areas. I am going to write a letter to LDA and CM Punjab and request them to transfer these plots in some other areas. If you like we can send a combined letter or individual letter. There must be some one local in Lahore to pursue this. We need to rise up against corrupt LDA mafia

Salam Zia yes you will get the visa at cause way immigration if you are traveling via public transport if you are travellling on your car that should be under your name.

Juffair has plenty of decent hotels like the K Hotel, Al Safir. Juffair is the downtown and has all the good stuff, it is in the center of everything. If you want 5 star, you can try Sheraton or Regency, Ritz Carlton is too expensive. You can also find hotel apartments in Juffair or Exhibition road which is also in downtown Manama. Have a good trip.

I travelled from Jeddah to Bahrain with family and returned yesterday. You will get visa as you drive through and it is free. You only pay SR 20 when you cross from either side and car insurance SR 20 (3 days) or SR 60 (7 days) depending on the duration of the stay. A weekend trip will cost only SR 60. It is safe to travel anywhere at anytime in a saudi number plate car. Juffair is recommended for hotel stay. Enjoy your trip and take the kids to watch Madagascar 3 (3D) at the Central mall or Seef mall cinema.
