Keeping in view the present circumstances and cases of Bahria Town, do you think we should stop to pay our installments or continue it?

In next 30 days there will be a big ballot for new plot allotment to Shuhda and injured military lower ranks staff. DHA Lahore is also going to offer minimum 1500 one kanal plots to civilians in DHA Town phase 9 at 55 lacs per kanal to generate huge amount of funds for faster development and hand over of these plots.

1) What is the procedure to verify a file from DHA-office before purchasing it? What is fee and time for that?

2) What is the procedure to transfer a plot/file to a Minor [under 18 years of age]?
