I was considering to buy a plot in Bahria Town sectro C. Now I am quite concerned. Is it true that LDA has not issued any NOC to Bahria Town for any project other than Sector A and executive lodges? Considering the current turmoil what kind of issues can arise in future?

there are2 types of LED Lights
One recharging Like emergency light which we have every where , These Dont Provide More than 2 watts and acn be intalled in Lamps Socket Price Ranges from 200 to 400 Rs and Have small selaed lead acid Battery, The Lamp will be Bit Havier if Better Battery, Can easily Light upto 2 Hours and Battery last More than one year. The Light is Only enough that you dont Fll down not as Good as Energy Saer Lamp, ar abundant in Shalmi bar Market

Other is New generation LED lamps with no Built in Cahargeable battery and Consumes Much less energy as Compared to Yellow Incandecent Bulb or even energy saver Bulb, I did Not see Much in Lahore. However in UAE I saw one, its price was 39 Dhs ie 1000 Rupees, It was as an offer. It was only 5 watts and was having light lamost equal to 10 watts energy saver Bulb or 40 watts Filament Bulb, It was Looking Too expensive to me, However an added advantage mentioned on Light was that it had 4 times more life than and Standared energy saver Bulb. I Hope you ca Find such in lahore as well due to limited imports the Price may be more. Check Makro Metro or Hyperstar

A5 - 3 is the old no. and same location new plot no. is F-167, i buy near F-167, and cost me about 28 as stated above.

@ PAF development is good road, elect. gas available and construction started.

Its right time to invest or to buy for personal residence. For me i buy to plots one kanal each.

As I am residing abroad, I don't know whether the constructions has started in the society?

i know many nos. with price but i dont want to quote on open forum cause it can may hurt the owner or agent.

I am not an expert, but I don't think that Rs. 5 million will not get you a 10 marla house. You can get 5 marla houses in this range in quite a few places but not sure about larger sized houses in this price range

I purchased A plot in P block considering P BLOCK the best one due to it's locatation on main boulevard. But it has not appreciated as, as other blocks did in the recent wave of price hike. How do you rate P block and What is your forecast about this block in particular?

P Block will be Very Good Block of DHA 7 and will be rated almost equal to average Plots of DHA 6, there had been few difficulties in Getting Land [As you Know it is a big issue no Matter DHA, LDA or Bahria] But as per my Knowledge major issues resolved,

The only thing I can tell You that Plots very Near Village will not be very Good for Quick sell. A bit of Tag near the Village is affecting P block But once Nicely developed and some Population U will get Good return, same is true for Q Block which I think is also under priced. The true picture will be available once development is Complete and Exit of Village decided, The plots on the way to Exit of Village will be Low and other will gain. You can Visit Village exits in Phase 1,2 and 3 and see that there is Major Imact of passage of Village but not On all the plots.

The Loation of P755 was Not great to start with , but a new issue is this area is still not in posession of DHA till 6 months back, This is not an encroachment. You need Not to be Panic, Either Posession will be late or Or You will get relocation, DHA track record is most of Land is taken By them finally. But It depends a lot on Price appreciation in general. AS when Property prices soar Up the Owner get More interest to Get Files or plots For their Land Instead of Contining Litigation process. I am not sure in how Much you Bought this plot but you have been Trapped as You yourself Could Not Confirm on ground posession status and possibly seller was aware of it.
I Hope this litigation will be resolved soon and getting Possession bit late will help you to get Maximum profit and will save you from no Construction penelities.

Thanks Habib sab but I saw physical location before buying. There was road not only on this street but also the next street towards Burki road. If DHA had not the possession then how could the raod be developed? Perhaps you are talking of the area next to these two streets where still no roads are constructed.

Farooq Khan rest assured your plot is clear but there is a big patch behind your plot which is not clear till date you can see on Google earth. Though I agree that location is below average, but again true picture will come after few years when DHA might get more land. For the Time being the patch behind your plot may also be affecting the value of your plot.

I dont have any update about that particular park development. Right now, DHA has only leveled the land of park with with Kassu (Ravi).Only H Block of Phase 6 is operational now.
