@BT, Under the current regime, nothing will happen to MR. Take a look at the biggest chores. One's a President, and the other PM. All medium chores are in the cabinet and in-power, in one form or another. In fact the biggest chore, the better protected and powerful you are. Having said that if Kaptaan takes over after the next elections, which I belive will happen, there will be ehtisab for all chores including IF MR has done things wrong. That I can guarantee! Allah kee soti buhat bay-awaz hay meray bhai; no exemptions in front of Him.

In Pakistan you can not have an electric or water connection with out feeding some one and MR is building an umpire and this is not his fault. this is now not about MR, BT and DHA, now it is about the stinking pillars of pakistan state. when one individual says that all political parties, beurocracy, general , jounalists, media houses and 7 judges of supreme court are under his control then we should think seriously about future of this banana state. we should not make claim to confront outside powers nevertheless these powers are more powerful in all aspects than MR/BT/DHA, they can bribe with more enticement to top elites of this banana republic.
the crux of matter is that should we allow one person to manupolate the whole political, administrative,judicial,media etc. certainly not because weakening the institutions will eventually lead to more vulnerable pakistan. the elites and their families who are being bribed by MR, incoming days when there will be no MR, these elites will need someone to sponsor their lifestyle and that will go at the cost of pakistan. if some one has developed a few towns and his actions are weaking the pakistan institutions, problem in pakistn is that here every one is corrupt some less and some more, no one has pakistan interest in his preferences. so this continue to eventual end.

Did any person or media spoke on this aspect or does any body knows that why aeroplane of MR stopped at Karachi. Because, MR met Zardari at VIP lounge of Karachi airport who was already sitting in VIP lounge and aeroplane of Zaradari took off after the departure of Malik Riaz for Islamabad. I m astonished that why media did not know any thing about this meeting or why they are dumb on this meeting. But Mr. Malik Riaz is willing to investigate his cases through NAB or FIA and insisting to form a larger bench. Reason is simple 7 SC Judges & NAB Chief have been appointed with his consensus. He is insisting that Ch. Iftikhar should not be a part of those benches hearing BT cases. By doing this bloody act he may be able to bribe the rest easly in his favour.

Genuine businessman keep generally low profile. MR over involved himself in politics, probably ultimate objective of king maker. No doubt he has become in a sense that he was instrumental in all recent political developments.he was so influencial that he promised with shareefs that babar awan will be side lined in ppp,same thing happened on what pretext may be. he brought back aitzaz in ppp leadership. he was funding pti.y it was MR who build consensus bt shareefs & zardari regarding appointment of chairman NAB thats why pmln did not agitate on faseeh bokhari appointment. nawaz shehbaz zardari hamza chauhdarys general journalists media tycoons beurocrats, he has got hold of all influencial segments of state. the power game has its own implications and u make a move sometime u miscalculate the momentum of ramifications and sometimes u misjudge a judge and that take u to judgement day. too much money and power spoils but in this case poor BT and DHA valley invertors are spoiled. NRP confidence will never be restored after DHA valley episode.

I have been reading this article last few days,Certainly i was and am worried also but when I see the DHA islamabad they are progressing the development of DHA homes and to some extents DHA valley.then I think that it is not BT whom we have paid the money it is DHAI who is responsible for the Delivery of the houses and plots and in past DHA islamabad has delivered sone Villas and Plots in DHa Islamabad.
So I think DHAI is in the same boat together with BT but still one leg is out of the boat and DHAI is in a better position and can further make their position better by giving results and that is not impossible for DHAI.
If they dont deliver the DHA homes this year they will deliver next year. and If they dont deliver the WHole DHA Valley they may deliver some parts of DHA Valley.and can accomodate the rest in some other blocks or refund the amount to make their position better.
I mean it is not A DOOM's day scenario.still hope is there and Always be happy, Dont trust anymore on DHAI in future projects until they perform better.

oh baba chil, we just go after anyone for any reason. NO DOOMS day. DHA Valley and other projects will get delivered, it takes and will take some time and there are many reasons:
1. Look at country's situation. Zero investment, Zero return.
2. DHA owned prep projects e.g. DHAI-1 ext, DHAI-2 ext and x commoners not delivered yet. They have been delayed by few years.
3. Due to high inflation, the cost of development is rising by minute.

we should chil. you may be right. ground situation is different.23 of my friends in dubai,abudhabi ivested around $600000 in dha valley. some of them now want to sell for personal reasons but cant sell. dollar value is increasing and their investment is doomed. if you can buy their files at par they will definetly chil, but now everyon here feel betrayed. u will see the impact in coming days. NRP are cursing MR and DHA. Now a days when u can buy an appartment in madrid or barcelona in spain with monthly rent of 700euro at the same price of one cannal plot in phase5 of dha lahore. i think NRP should broaden their vision and take advantage of opurtunities any where in globe. My dear friend u will see the dropseen of this episode and that will be the end of --------------------------

As i know, people of Pakistan invest in files business in a hope that they will win a plot in ballot and resell it in blackmarket or with profit.
99% are speculators and only 1% are true buyers.
Unfortunately, Current political situation have failed all speculators so now they want their original money back at this opportune moment, but this is not how trading works.

DHA Valley seems to be a lost project now because it was ill planned by grabbing land of Dadocha dam. SC ordered DHAI to surrender dam land after which DHA Valley can not be developed as initial plan and blocks layout.

Seems like people have lost their investment and probably may get refund (which I doubt) in 5-10 year if things get better (which again I doubt).

I bought a ph 1 extension file in 2004 for 3 million which was exactly 50000 US $ then.Over 9 years are gone and yet there is nothing on ground.This makes me believe something is wrong within DHA/BT.I wrote number of times to DHA asking about status of my plot,they replied: Acquisition of land in progress??
That means previous lands have been given to Bahria or what.If they had no land,why did they cheat people.

5 to 7 Mil is enough to get one acre (8 kanal) land for farm house. Bedian Road is the better option available right now.
