considering inflation, development charges for dha ph 9 could be between 20 & 25 lacs. dha give3 years to pay dev. charges not 4 years.

2)Down Payment is Rs 12 Lacs
3)Total 12 Installment of each Rs 10.65 lacs. Eight installment are paid and in future One will pay 4 more installments of Rs.10.65 lacs every 3 month.
4)The amount of own vary from 25 To 50 Lacs Depending on location.

Mr GR and Mr. X50. Plot X50 price by MR.SM is 140+35= 175 Lacs. Plot is on Paper. You can buy a plot by Mr.GM in 115 lacs in ParkView. Plot is ON GROUND but not know when you can construct it.
