Since many days I am reading only negative features of DHA 5 Extension "M" Block but did not find any comment about positive aspects of this block? Is there any strong feature in DHA 5 extension "M" Block?

Also, what is short term and long term viability DHA 5 extension "M" Block?

DHA 9 price is going above 30 lacs in 90 to 180 days because worst location s undeveloped plots in DHA 7 are now selling at 40 to 50 lacs or even more. DHA 5 ext plots will sell from min 47 for bad locations to as high as 80 lacs for best location. DHA 9 development charges will be max 12 lacs because mil allotees have to pay these development charges too aftet ballot of DHA 9. Mil guys will be alloted half of all plots in DHA 9 on ballot day. This was not the case in Parkview files ballot. In PV files DHA was cheated and didt get any promissed needed labd for those PV files. DHA ballot is next in 9 to 12 months. PV dev charges were higher because no mil allotments there and also DHA had to pay land cost for all Parkview files.

Can anyone please tell me where is the entrance of the newly formed M block of phase V(Phase V ext)? I can't work out from the map since the ring road is between the C block and M block, from where would one be able to enter the M block from?

It is too early to predict the prices of newly balloted phase 5 plots. But what is the approximate price of average location plot. Will it be more than the file price? Although there are villages all around M block but still the close proximity to LRR is a plus factor.
