Irfan, Current market value of Near Z 569 phase 3 is around 220 to 230 Lacs and Near Y 14 has maket value of 170 to 175 Lacs. Phase 1 to 5 plots price are on peak now. there will be rise in the prices in coming years.

As per market news Z-block is being balloting soon, some says may be May/Jun 12. Location can not be confirmed before balloting, some says between S and T Block and some says across Road in front of S Block. In any case it is expected to be much better than Ph 8 Y Block at least and 20 feet deep U and V Block locations.

For PV files, I think they will be most likely adjusted and no news of balloting.

Expert views for both items are required from LRE side....
