I have been allotted a plot in latest balloting (July 2011) for DHA Phase-9. The INTIMATION LETTER shows that I have to deposit:

1.Registration Fee
2.First installment

till 31 December 2011.

Since I am out of Lahore, should I send DHA one bank draft for both payments or two separate drafts?

LAHORE - Journalists observed a token walkout and protest during the proceedings of Punjab Assembly on Tuesday against the red-tapism attitude of government in allotment of plots to 300 council members of Lahore Press Club under Journalist Housing Foundation.
Protesting journalists gathered out side Punjab Assembly and demanded early grant of the rights which had been established through legislation but was not materialized yet by the rulers. Opposition Leader Raja Riaz along with other parliamentarians of PPP and PML-Q joined hands with protesting journalists and expressed solidarity with them. The opposition members also boycotted session proceedings to express solidarity with journalists.

I am interested to buy 10 marla house, & checked various websites, most of the properties belongs to PCHS, what is the reason, why people are selling there properties and even prices are low compare to other Societies near it. & even they are vacant & ready for immediate possession. I made below comparison just for information:
