1st of all i would like to appreciate the work done by you all by answering and discussing the facts about all properties and advising ppl like me.
Can you please give any update on Bahria Town phase 8 ext?I am sending installments from abroad blindly and have no idea what's going on there.I know it will take atleast 4-5 more years to be completed or to be in a shape to build a house. BUT can you please advice if any construction work is going on and when will the plotting take place?
I hope waiting for another 4-5 years will bring some value to investment?

Does anyone know how many Houses are already built in DHA PHASE 6 B Block and if families have moved in? I have a plot which I want to build on in near future and looking to rent out. I live in New York and wanted some on the ground reality. Will tenants move in 6 months from now (i.e. enough population in ph 6 B block yet)?

I received a statement today from DHA valley OS block which shows that I need to pay total of 13,150 USD or 4 installments

My original application shows 12900 USD or 13 installments.

This is 8 Marla plot on overseas DHA valley, can someone confirm me what is the correct price, is it really 13,150 USD all in? Thanks
