Now i would like to ask that now we are in dec 2011,is it will be a month of ballot of phase 5 ext?
Secondly would like to know that keeping in mind the present and forthcoming situation what will be price of one kanal plot immediately after the ballot with and without the development charges.Thanks

Dear Forum members.
Phase 7 prices are falling in spite of the fact that development work in most blocks is near completion and possession is likely in next 1-2 years.
Is it the time for plot owners to sell them or there is chances for rebound in the near future

DHA Phase 9 file will go upto 25 Lakh . Its ballot is expected and according to my knowledege when Phase 9 will be ready every one will forget remaining phases of DHA

To have IK in 25 Lack and then in DHA Lahore will be a dream very soon. Hurry up if you have not purchased it yet.
