Ring Road DHA Phase 6-5

We bought a 7 marla plot in J block DHA Phase 7 three years ago, I recently found out that Beconhouseit School is being build there but what is the update of ring road phase 6-5 interchange, has it open yet?

If not why it is taking so long?

Personaly I have the impression that DHA is more busy in launching new projects phase 9 and 10 and is not putting effort in finishing the previous ones?

Is there gas in phase 6 yet?

because we will like to built and rent the place? any idea if phase 6 , 7 marla is developed enough to rent a property there in 1-2 years?

( it will take 1 year to build the house)

thanks in advance for any feed back as am out of country for some years now so do not know the ground situation there

I want to have information regarding ground situation in Y block of phase 8. It consists of 2 parts, one having smaller plots and other one having one kanal plots. If both parts consist of deep land or one of them is better than other. Moreover the DHA will fill the deep land as part of "development work" or the owner has to do himself.

Dose bakery owned by Mian Amir Mehmood has already rented a 5 marla plaza on MB 210ft road for 1.5 lacs per month.A Sony center has also acquired a plaza in the first strip of the 5 marla plots on the B side also on the MB 210ft road, there sign boards are about tom be put on so just wait one more month. This means that Multinational companies have started to acquire buildings in BT Lahore just like DHA 5 and 6.

Preferred Open Side

In Karachi west-open plots are preferred and therefore priced higher. This is because of the pleasant sea breeze that moves from west to east. What is the preferred open side in Lahore? I guess in Lahore, heat should be a factor but I don't see people caring a serious consideration to that. Or do they?

Which side would you prefer and why? Thanks for your inputs........

my uncle purchased a park view 10 marla file,he was given a plot number at the time of purchase(most probably in/near c block).then he paid the transfer fee of dha,again he was given some documents,which included the block and location of plot..............now if balloting is done,is there any chance of getting the plot in same block?

First of all, I wish you all the good health, May Allah Paak bless you and your family and recovers you at the earliest.


I am one of the dedicated observer of your website, seriously you have provided exceptional plat form to all the expatriates specially females who intend to invest and cant interact directly to male genders.

Sir I am living here in UAE from last 20 years now. I have started working 3 years before and have saved around 12 Lakh rupee currently. I want to invest my money for residential living purpose, Since I have no plan in near future to settle down in Pakistan, My plans are just to buy a plot in any good locality and later start constructing it with the period of 3 years maximum.


After so much of discussion/ thinking my finals decision goes for Bahria . Now I am a bit confused., Should I choose Bahira Town 5 Marla plot or Bahria Nasheman 8 Marlaa plot. Since both comes into my budget of 12 Lakh Rupee. Also please let me know which will be most populated and worth living after 3 years.


Can you please guide me, what should I opt for? Looking for your sincere advice since I am going to invest within this month
