Dear Brothers,

I am an overseas pakistani and I have decided to shift in Pakistan in January. I have about 7 million Rs and I have decided to Use them as:
1. Purchase one car in about 1 million.
2. Purchase one file in DHA 9 in 2 million.
3. Fix 2 million in a bank to pay installments of a plot in DHA Karachi (2 Lakh per year)
4. Use remaining 2 million to start a business, I am interested to make a cows farm house.

I am a federal Govt employee in Pakistan and I will start my job again so I can get a salary of about 40,000 plus free accomodation and medical.

My request to my brothers:
1. if any one thinks that I can use this money in better way, kindly comment.
2. if anyone have knowledge of the business mentioned above kindly share his experience.
3. I am planning to construct my house by sale of one plot (DHA Karachi) after 8-9 years. Is this a good idea, DHA 9 will be ready in this time?

LAHORE - Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that credit goes to Pakistan Muslim League-N for providing shelter to the common and poor people during the 64 years history of the country which materialized the dream of the poor of having their own house by launching Aashiyana Housing Project. He said that Aashiyana Housing Project is an important step for transforming the country in accordance with the ideals of Quaid-e-Azam and poet of the East. He said that Aashiyana Housing Scheme is a unique with regard to transparency. He disclosed that the project of Aashiyana-II will soon be started near Barki and Ring Road in Lahore whereas Aashiyana schemes will be started this year in 17 districts of the province.
He was addressing a ceremony of signing an agreement between Bank of Punjab and Punjab Land Development Company with regard to provision of soft term loans to those who got houses in Aashiyana Housing Scheme. Addressing the ceremony, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan had not come into being that the elite have all facilities at their doorstep whereas a common and poor man is deprived of it. He said that by providing houses equipped with modern facilities to the poor, labourers, orphans and widows in Aashiyana Housing Project, we have proved that not only the rich but the poor and common man has also right over the resources. He said that more facilities than the schemes of elite have been provided in Aashiyana Housing Scheme which included solar energy system, school, hospital, park, community centers and playgrounds.

LAHORE – Administrator of DHA Brig Muhammad Aslam Rana has said that residents are our priority. He was addressing as a chief guest on the inaugural ceremony
of new DHA shuttle service, says a press release. He said DHA has initially run 4 air conditioned imported coasters within the bounds of DHA Lahore Phase -1 to Phase -5 (Bedian Road to Walton Road), if the public satisfied with this service then we will increase the number of coasters.
