Ahad tower has no future according to its current situation! its standing still completely (means no sign of work), gives only a look of demolished old building after its top floors were buldosed!

Boulevard heights is U/C but the pace is very slow. Might take another 2 years to complete. its structure is complete only outer clading and inner finishing work is now left

U is much better than Q for making your house. It's a very clean block very far away from any village or other negative point. Plus Phase 7 has been extended and the current U block will soon be in middle of phase 7 rather than at lower edge.

I shall disagree with DHA Blocks are not isolated entities with Boundaries Most of Plots of R and S Block are closer to pengali Village than 1/2 of Q Block [if you measure the distance]. U Block is away from Pengali village but other encroachments of V and W Block are Closer to it.
S Block has encroachment well inside
R Block has graveyard, and very Close to Village.
After possession many things will unfold I agree that Plots of Q and P and N Block which are very close to village will be bad investment but Plots distant from village Like 102 is not bad Option, In reality many good Location plots in Q Block are available in less price than T and U Block

eden is a delayed problem otherwise it is much better to invest in it.it is safe, sound and transfer is very cheap.

Very bad investment. Too expensive for a plot on largest drain of Lahore called Hudaira drain. Smell of acid from drain is too strong to breath normally.

Every project of Eden has major drawback and is booked with ZERO refund policy. Once you are stuck there is no way out. Their plots are sold 40% less than their booking prices but still no takers in local market. Only overseas purchaser get tricked with full page newspaper ads. These guys launch project every month. How many project they deliver every one month?

Eden lands Lahore. Your comments are 100% correct.Once they get the money there is no way to get back even their project 10 year delay. But now most of ivestor understand what they are doing. Eden Fall down started already and soon they will be out of this business. Overseas pakistani living in KSA who are effected by this group are going to HARAM and pray against Dr. Amjad owner of Eden. Recently i was informed that his son got serious acceident true or not. He has to face the justice not by the court but ALLAH. i saw the people who paid money but they have not get any thing some of widows crying for their hard earned money
