According to CMY sahib, maximum rate at Phase 7 is 50 lacks.
DHA Lahore Phase 7 1 Kanal Min Rate = 28 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 50 Lacs

CMY is not the last authority for min and max rate at any area. He just recommends to the best of his judgement. Actual rate can always be settled between buyer and seller. You are certainly free for your own call about rates, but justification given is without merit.

As per my own assessment CMY tries to manipulate rates for his own benefits, as he surely has his own vested interests given the fact that he is a property broker. So, buyers and sellers need to be mindful and careful and search the market before finalizing deals.

I recently purchased a one kanal plot in Sui Gas Society (F-95) for Rs.45,50,000/- for immediate construction and living. The plot is at the back side of Sui Gas Society but faces green belt and ring road. Is there access points into Sui Gas from ring road?, if yes , then where would they be located? Plus was it reasonable purchase? Any comments on price appreciation in Sui Gas post ring road completion?
Any news on DHA -Sui Gas merger? Comments will be appreciated

As per my knowledge, I am sure that there is an interchange under construction just adjacent to the main gate of Sui gas society.

This is a good Purchase Suigas is basicaaly a residential society this Plot has direct exposure to ring Road that is why you got about 3,4 Lac cheaper than an average Plot. If You want to goto rind Road the neares exit on Google earth looks 1.8 KM from here but I think most of People will prefer to go thruogh DHA.
It is good to make home but not good for reselling.

This is not right time to sale the plot in LDA-Avenue-I Wait for one yeare more.

One of the best housing societies in Lahore and located on a Prime location. yes 5 Marla houses are available but I think all 5 M houses were booked in advance as soon as the society was launched. You can visit their webpage(google it) all the information is available in detail their and they also have a map that will show you the available options.

The approved plan of LDA consists of only 10% plots. the rest 90% plots are fake. Also, Sale & purchase is currently under stay order from Court. Beware !!
