I Am Suffering Multiple Cases In Court From Qabza Group And Threats, This Plot Is Registered Our Name In 1988 And Inteqal Also, These People Went My Home And Threat To My Old Mother Also, Pls Make A Inquiry And Provide Justice To Survivors And Check That Scheme Is According To The Lda Approved Plan, Because Corrupt Management Is Selling School Plot, Community Plots, Park Area Plots And Also Involved With Qabza Group To Occupy Sold Plots, Most Of The Members Are Out Side The Country.
I Request All Honorable Please Help Us And Provide Justice Against The Cruel-ism, This Is Our Hard Earned Money

I have some insight of this society, In 80s some Plots were sold on Fake ID cards and Fake Mukhtar Namas, There are some 200+ of such disputed plots. Dealer , society office and Patwar Khana is not very Coperative in this regard and and they dont tell that which plot is disputed.
For your point of view I Think your plot has been sold on fake Documents. The New owner must also have Registry and Intaqal. Per se I am not aware of any qabza group active here, But that is sure that there are many disputes. |

As i under stand you are also one of dealer in Naz Town, you say no Qaza group, Tell me who is Iqbal awan, who is khursheed shaikh and group, who is subah sadiq, who is liqat bhatti,who is hollding school plot approved in lda plan, latest who make the plots on park and sold, who approves all that, there are so many more, and many peoples are in the court, i know the owner and his partners who developed this scheme, i met them personally many times, i have all the receipts of payments, not only that record also confirms that i am the ownner, naz town office record/registry office record/patwari office record (haji javaid)
I prey to Allah one day Inshallah I will get back my plots and qabza groups will get severe punnishment under the law our Honourable courts and judges are trying to grip the corrupts, Allah Bless all those |

I have a house thr, plot should be double check before buying. Society office+ registrar office. There are few disputes should be avoided by cross check. Other wise ppl r living the and environment and value of plots is improving after LDA acquisition. |
