Sorry for some delay in answering. We had to check details with the shop owner (who is overseas) and double check with the management as well. The monthly maintenance charges for this shop are Rs. 1,400 (Fourteen Hundred Only). This includes Central A/C, security, cleaning and common facilities of the plaza.

I wanted to buy a plot in Rawalpindi / Islamabad and impressed by Bharia's development and standarad. I am not in hurry to construct a house but want to hold a plot to construct in later stage may be after couple of years.

what do you think, is it right time or should I wait ?

At the same time which sector is better and have more potential to grow.

Will you agree if I buy a 1K plot in phase-8 or a 10 marla in developed sector 2 to 6 .

Is it worth to buy a expensive but so called better location plot or all will be same when sector developed.

what is average price range of 1K plot in phase -8

If you do not intend to build straightaway probably Phase 8 1K would be better.

I hear some Overseas Enclave Phase 8 plots are selling at 50-60% of booking price.

We have paid 6 instalments that is half of the total amount for DHA valley plots till todate.But I want to know what progress or development DHA Islamabad has done so far. DHAI is not updating us about development progress. Atleast they can update us about the development on the DHA website.
I have invested in DHAI keeping in mind long term investment for more than 5 years. I hope the future of DHAI is good as there are many mega projects of DHAI.
Paragone and LDA avenue 1 is again in deep sleep. I don't know what is going on with realestate developers in Pakistan.They are cheating people by not developing housing schemes even after years of delay.
I think in Lahore housing schemes near lahore airport are very good particulary DHA phase6, phase 7.
I was thinking to apply for DHA phase 8 but given the price of 55 lakh I decided not to apply as it is very expensive.
Any update about all this.

its very strange . BT extracting money in strange ways. I asked them for my plot. They asked me to pay 1200000 for 1 K for posseion charges. which I did. Now they saw deposit 65000 for map aproval. while it wl be my responsibility to get it approved by TMA myself. I asked hen waht is this money for if i have to get aproval from TMA. Then they ask deposit more then one lekh for utility connections. I do not understand then what were development charges which i PAid more then 4 lakh. Any one investing or buying plot in BT sector C please keep in view these charges too. YOu have no other option against this black mailing of BT administration.
