Request to CMY: it has been quite long since you last reviewed lahore property in terms of prices and possesion. We need a thorough masterpiece from you. Plus when people will start building home in these schemes/societies? This is even bigger question. Buying plots just like this for shere profit and no construction at all. Is it wise and is this one of the major reason behind market situation?

Other than this that they only made Mail Bluvard and then disappeared. No LDA approval No Map no development in Plots area, How many 10 Merla Plots How many Kanal? And No answer to all these questions in Last 4 years. No CVT or stamp Duty on Files Transfers makes all this very suspicious

Yes, the balloting was done yesterday, I called and verified from Overseas Enclave's office.
I think you wanted to write about possession, I hope it will be much earlier than 2015, it may not be ready at the time they are giving for now; which is Aug this year.
