Market Alert: A lot of buying was seen in DHA 6 last week. Most low price plots in DHA 6 have disapeared. Now some buying have started in DHA phase 7 developed area plots. We still have couple of great deals but I expect them to disapear too in next two to 3 days. Plot like this deal of the day U 793 @ 26 lacs wont stay in market for too long now. Please note this is a under development area plot.
It is strongly recomended to freinds of this web site that you complete your purchases in this week in DHA 6 and 7 or plots in these two phases will cost you a lot more after next few weeks. We are seeing many real buyers that are looking for plots in DHA 6 and 7 developed blocks to make their houses. It is FACT now DHA Lahore phase 7 is now
looking a lot more beutifll than DHA Lahore phase 6. DHA phase 7 is now the best developed phase in entire DHA Lahore. DHA Lahore will insa Allah soon announce possession for R S T U Q blocks. P might take a little longer. W V X Y Z will take a lot of time.
