Could someone from Islamabad please let me know how much a house built on a plot size of 50x25 in sector I10-4 is worth at the moment? The house I am interested in is double story but the plot is not fully covered (old style build), it needs modernisaton. Also if you could be kind enough to inform me of the rental value of such a house as it is + if I were to cover the whole plot (pillar design) how much that would increase the rental value by?

Dear Readers

I would like to get some advice on how to bring money back over from Pakistan to the UK. I have always sent money to Pakistan and it is the first time i'm bringing it back.
I would appreciate any information you could provide in this regard.

Present Status of Sector D-12

There is hardly any development work going on in sector D-12 and neither had it looked like it is going to start soon. But the staff on site does admit that the dispute between CDA and contractor is almost resolved When I asked the question to the deputy project manager of Ayub Brothers Co. Mr Azam to explain “ resolved “ he and two staff member of CDA said to assume 70 : 30.

I asked when you are actually going to mobilizes on site and bringing all of your crew and machinery he said within this week. The contractor admits that all area of D-12 is acquired apart from the two houses coming in the way of south service road.

I visited this sector after almost 8 months and the difference from then to now is almost nothing if there is a development there are certain areas got washed away as well by rain

I doubt the capability of contractor and believe he will take much more then a year for remaining works unless he has come back with a total different attitude.

I will keep updating if there is any such improvement. :flg
